Now that they were free, they precious to create their own judicature of regimen where the tyranny and the mischievousness of the British monarchy of old, would be diminished. The central government had no power to tax they only had the power to learn the states for currency. They also had no money to pay for an army to suck up domestic disputes or fight off invaders.
